Watch the aftermovie of 2018
- Corso Sint Jansklooster will be broadcast on NPO1 on Friday 26 August at 5.10 pm.
- Corso Sint Jansklooster will be broadcast on TV Oost on Saturday 20 August and Sunday 21 August at several times.
Our parade this year also for the blind and partially sighted?
Yes, of course! Through audio description and an introduction by blind interpreters of ‘Come see!’, a flower parade can be fun if you have a visual impairment! If there is a blind interpreter present, you can really experience everything. Even if you see little or nothing.
How exactly does it work? An interpreter for the blind describes what is happening on the road. The interpreter reports live, just like a sports journalist on the radio, for example.
De blinde of slechtziende bezoeker zit gewoon op de tribune en kan via een draadloze koptelefoon de extra info van de tolk horen.
The start on Friday 19 August is at 1.30 pm and ends at 4.30 pm.
The location is on the corner of Van Ommenstraat and Molenstraat in Sint Jansklooster. To register you can use the email address info@corsolooster.nl.
